What's the difference between extract and split?
Extract pages gives you one new PDF with only the pages you pick, in their original order. Split creates several PDFs, one for each range, each single page, or every N pages.
Does splitting reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are, so text and images keep their original quality. The new files may be a little smaller because unused pages are dropped.
